reinstate the teacher, charge the student with sexual crimes, and sue the parents for the childs behavior.

Firing a person for having their privacy invaded is the most ludicrous thing I have heard in a long time.

Disgraceful carry on from a man who has barely enough brains in his head for his body to function. This woman had her private properly stolen, and you do nothing for the culprit but make excuses, while punishing the victim. Disgusting, misogynistic mindset. This superintendent should be out on his ear looking for a new job.

Bring back that teacher and not only expel that student who thought it was okay to violate his female teachers privacy, but fire the interim superintendent who clearly already has his mind made up about this poor teacher!

I think in this instance superintendent Eubanks is the one who should be dismissed! He clearly has his priorities twisted, and should not be in that position. Why would he dismiss the teacher first while delaying the punishment of the student who effectively is a thief as well as an obvious bully. Also his age is no excuse! The student should be expelled for the rest of the semester and the teacher reinstated immediately.

Eubanks should be ashamed of himself. What he is doing is exactly the same as blaming a rape victim, and obviously hasnt watched any of the PSAs about consent and permission

Disgusting action by the school authorities, but typical of American authorities who can't determine right from wrong.
Bring her back, he was in the wrong not her!
She shouldn't be punished
