This is seriously wrong, Mr. Eubanks seems truly incompetent. Not only is he depriving his students of a quality teacher, he is teaching them they should not be held accountable for their (in my opinion criminal) actions. Get a clue or get a different job. To Mrs. Arthur, I am so very sorry you have had to go through something this horrible and I applaud you for acting with the utmost class throughout this ordeal. What's in her on private phone and life his her business and she shouldn't have to hide it. This is a free country and her rights were violated. That superintendent needs to be fired himself for urging her to resign before all the evidence is confirmed!
