I am signing this petition because I am particularly disgusted and appalled by the deeply immoral behaviour and comments of David Eubanks. There is no excuse for penalising the victim of a dehumanising act such as this. This is comfortable, supremacist smuggery and it's very stinky.

There is an expectation of privacy and this is not being treated fairly

What gets me is how much the administraion has failed her. Im telling you, David Eubanks has a secret agenda in getting rid of this teacher and is using this "incident" as a cover.

This teacher should be reinstated since it is clearly not her fault this happened and she is highly respected by her students

This teacher deserves her job back. What the student did was wrong but can be forgiven. Ms. Arthur has a right to have a personal life. From Florida

It is morally repulsive and criminal of this school district to punish a teacher for being robbed and having her privacy violated. David Eubanks should also be sued for slander.

This innocent young teacher is being bullied out of a job over a private photo stolen from her phone. This is a disgrace. Cop onto yourselves, get over it and move on.

No employer has any business firing an employee for having a private sex life. Punish the student who stole the pictures instead!!

That superintendent is beyond ridiculous! I hope the parents of this teen are also showing remorse, shame on them! Good luck Leigh Anne!!!!

This teacher should not be punished for something that took place in her personal life between her and her husband!!!!

Eubanks is placing blame on the wrong person, the victim. He wants the problem and her to just go away. Hopefully, this "interim" superintendent is just that- interim. I'm so sorry Mrs. Arthur has to be subjected to all of this. I hope everything works out in your favor.

it's discriminating what this person it's doing with the teacher she's just getting abuse. Is not her fault that a boy without education took her phone and just think that it was a good idea to take a picture of her PRIVATE PHOTOS. Man, you are being so incongruous.. I hate the fact how bad people can be.

Beyond insane that she was fired in the first place. She deserves to have a bit of her life back and be able to teach.

Well let's see.... This isn't something that one need to think about a lot. The student took her phone without her concent therefore it's not her fault and should be punished for it. The teacher should have a choice given to her I understand sometime it may not be easy to go back to the same school because of all the name calling about the incident but still it her choice at the end of the day. It really sickening these days that usually the victims are the one that suffer and get accused for and not the one who is the perpetrator. Absurd.

This student has invaded the teachers privacy. The student needs to be held accountable and punished. The teacher has done nothing wrong! Plain & simple, surely?!

How dare this school district blame her for a child stealing from her and intentionally distributing her private messages.
