In my opinion, it is the student who needs to be suspended for violating the teacher's privacy. Do they teach them to respect other's people's belongies??

The boy in question is guilty of threatening behaviour ,theft and the new crime of publishing private photos on line and as he is 16 he is old enough to know what he is doing. He should face prosecution. Its no wonder no one wants to go into teaching if that is all the support teachers get from their heads.

Great Teachers are hard to find, and we really need to keep the good ones. No teacher should have to resign over something a silly student did.

What has become of the world? There are things left on open shelves in department stores. Does that mean anybody can take the things and walk off with them? He had a choice not take the phone and exercise self-restrain. I don't see why the teacher is wrong and the thief is right. Besides that, it is malicious to spread the pictures around. I don't see it as a prank.
