Punish the teenager and all the ones sharing the photo this is the biggest problem in the school system today kids can practically get away with murder if the law would start holding them accountable for their actions now maybe our prisons systems would not be so over populated

Leaving a car unlocked doesn't give a 16 year old the right to take things from it. It's theft. Treat the matter as such.

The student who took her phone needs to be punished. That is a form of sexual harassment. He needs to be dealt with accordingly. The teacher deserves to be reinstated.

Good luck. No one diserves to be punished for being the victim of theft and an invasion of privacy. Had someone stolen her credit card number off her phone, she would most definately not be recieving blame from the school... why should she here?

Mrs Arthur does not deserved to be sacked the student that took the copy off of her phone without permission should be disciplined or suspended permanently from that school. Mrs Arthur you have our support here from the UK, Birmingham.

Unfortunately the testosterone filled individual could only every dream of having access to such photos in his grasp. I can understand the teacher not going back to the school because undoubtedly she would feel embarrassed by all what has happened. I do hope that she does find a job in education where she can teach in an environment full of respect and integrity by both the students and the leadership. I am a strong believer in Karma and one day it will take its revenge on the animal shagger adolescence little boy who does not have a clue what privacy is. Power to the people and not to the knobheads causing unrest.

I think her personal privacy was invaded and resulted in her having to resign. I think she should be re-instated and the student that caused this to happen should be prosecuted or suspended.

No, she shouldn't have left her phone unlocked but, we are all entitled to our privacy. As a busy teacher I understand her lapse. The boy should be dealt with by the school disciplinary measures in place and yes, she should most definitely be re-instated if this is the only historical lapse in her responsibilities as a teacher.
