This man who claims to watch over the children needs to resign. He's setting them up to think they have no personal responsibility.

The student should be expelled if you requested her to resign! What example are you setting for students to NOT stick by the rules with them? This superintendent/principle should resign! You have made our school system look like discriminating and contradictory fools!

This child should be expelled! This is what is wrong with our educational system. No accountability for delinquent children!

That is totally invading privacy, the school should be ashamed of having such a young woman lose her entire future for a rascal that did not get punished. Is not that the teacher was publishing online.
The school should re instate this poor teacher and apologize to the society.
Shame on you School principal!!!
Hire the Teacher back!!!!!!

Clearly the fault lies on the student who illegally accessed the teachers personal property. Make the student responsible not only to school discipline but also any applicable law enforcement!!

The school's unwillingness to acknowledge the student's actions (male student at that) only reinforces the blatant acceptance of misogyny in this country (or at least, from a woman's perspective, that's what this looks like). A woman's right to privacy-- a teacher at that-- should be upheld, and the 16-year-old boy that thought this action was okay needs to be disciplined accordingly.

This is a complete perversion of justice. The Superintendent's inability to rationally adjudicate this matter makes it clear that he is wholly unfit to serve in his current role.

This is a joke, right? Like a "waking-up-on-Apr-2nd-to-find-out-this-was-an-early-April's-Fool-prank" type of joke?
UNBELIEVABLE!
And, to those who criticize the teacher, even from a defending point of view... No, she did nothing wrong. You can be a teacher or an astronaut or the President... What you have on your phone is YOUR business and nobody else's (as long as it doesn't hurt others, of course).
