No indivual no matter where they work should be subject to such a thoughtless and unexecptable act. She should be at her desk today and not sitting at home going throw help wanted adds tomorrow.

her personal property is violated and she is blamed and shamed??!!!! She is a human being who has a healthy sex life, there is nothing at all wrong with that. Welcome to all that is wrong with our society in one lump sum. Shame on the school and any individual who puts her through this!

My phone, my personal property! Regardless of where the teacher was at when this happened, this type of behavior by a student is ILLEGAL! Mrs. Arthur's teaching position should be reinstated and a public apology should be issued for causing such distress.

Teachers are held to a moral standard that no other occupation must endure. Why?

This is unacceptable to punish a teacher for being the victim of cyber bullying.

I am appalled at the school's action with regards to Mrs. Arthur. She did NOTHING wrong and you are punishing her (what's up with that) You sir are being a puppet of the current fear society and mismanagement of government. Please reconsider your position and reinstate her and charge the student with theft.

It's no her fault that while she was doing her job...she was a victim of theft and a huge violation of personal privacy. It's not her fault.

The student is the perpetrator not Leigh Anne Arthur. This is not a cause for termination, rather it is cause for shame that a student has not yet been held responsible for a reprehensible action.

The kid should face punshment not the person he steals from he went into her phone and took them. It was his choice not hers.
