My comment would be that the kid was wrong by looking into her personal buisness,I'm assuming he was doing that to make himself"look cool" at that moment when he was looking at them personal pictures...but this went out of control and he should be either suspended or wrote a huge apology letter to this amazing teacher in front of the whole school and the school should hire her back (if she would like to even go back).there is many consequences for someone's actions rather it be a right action or a very bad action (of which this was) so I think this kid should do what I had mentioned and move on.

This is just another example of students who feel entitled and an administration who doesn't care. Thanks to the students who stand with the teacher. Kudos

I honestly think that Mrs. Arthur has the right to do whatever she likes with her husband (sending nudes included) and it's not her fault if someone was invading her privacy and send those nudes away to others. I'd suggest for the student to be expelled and force Eubanks whatsoever to resign for being intolerant. As for Mrs. Arthur herself, I know it will be awkward for her to make a return, she may choose whatever path she wants.

This is stupid as heck! The person that punished the victim needs to be fired! The student needs to be expelled!!!

Mrs. Arthur should have her job reinstated asap. Mr. Eubanks should resign immediately as a superintendent. Mrs. Arthur did not ask for someone to violate her privacy and to have her phone privacy violated should be a crime against the student and he should be expelled for his actions. I hope Mrs. Arthur also sues for defamation of character. This student clearly knew what he was doing and if others were responsible for uploading pics online, they to should face the same punishment.

This is what the world has come to. God needs to be put back in our schools. Our children are the ones suffering without Gods presence.

So a student violates a half dozen federal laws (theft, tresspassing, harassment, cyber bullying, maybe even unlawful distribution of pornographic material) and you respond by *attacking his victim* and doing nothing to the actual perpetrator? And this from a SCHOOL? What kind of lesson is that teaching these kids? That sexual harrasment is perfectly acceptable? That sexual harrassment is always the victim's fault? You are teaching our children to be sexual predators. You are teaching them to victimize women. You people are disgusting. I'm not saying throw the kid in prison (although that's certainly been done for far lesser crimes) but if you're going to punish anyone it really ought to be the person who has actually done something wrong!

Nobody who is the victim of mobile phone privacy infringement should have to give up their profession. This is not her fault and she as a teacher shouldn't be given the only option of resegnation.
