This immature youth (twerp) who stole the photo has no sense of ethics, and punishing Mrs. Arthur is not only wrong (it sends the entirely wrong message to youth.) Besides, how is a nude photo of oneself wrong? Furthermore, what if it was her social security number he found and disseminated? Payroll information? Medical history? She did nothing wrong except an act of unintentional act of carelessness; we all make mistakes.

Superintendent Eubanks is a coward. This teacher has every right to have that photo on her phone.

This teacher should be reinstated and the interim superintendent should be ashamed of his actions and resign. Is this how he would want his family treated?

This is shocking. It's the student at fault. This teacher needs a medal after her privacy was taken from her. End off

The student that stole should be accountable and the teacher who had her privacy invaded should not. Get it right and bring her back!!!

Student who stole pictures from teacher's phone has common sense that he is guilty for his action and should be punished.
