This is just plain ridiculous! What's next? All classrooms being monitored to see if any other teachers talk to their students explaining about opting out?

Suspending a teacher for answering student questions about a school issue is outrageous!

Please remove the suspension for Mr. Ashton and also respect the Rights of Freedom of Speech and the Rights of Students who want to refuse taking the PARCC test which they strongly feel is not in the teachers, the school or their best interests..

Districts need to stop telling teachers they can't talk about the PARCC. Let's all talk about the PARCC. Its still a free country, isn't it?

This is outrageous. The whole country is watching and waiting for your school to do the right thing and bring your teacher back to the classroom where he belongs

I support this! Teachers all over the country are in fear for their jobs for this exact example. This must stop...this is corruption to Public School Education. Please join in support and STOP THIS NONSENSE!!!

High Stakes testing wrong for the students and wrong for teaching. We should support teachers who point out the truth.

Sorry, you can't just silence an inconvenient truth. Truth has a way of rising to the surface no matter how hard you bury it. And you ought to be ashamed for even trying.
