Mr.Sheehan told me he would help me in math anyday of the week that I needed it . At the time my math grade wasn't really something my parents would have put on the refrigerator if you know what I mean. I started going to see him for help during B mod study with a group of other kids in my grade. At the end of the quarter I had an A in math class which is something I thought couldn't happen with how I had done in the past with geometry. I'm really hoping Mr.Sheehan gets back to Trinity soon because he was a teacher that actually made a difference for me, and helped me improve. I know he did the same for many other students in this school and we need that back.

As a Trinity Alum, this is very unfortunate news. From the very first day of kindergarten, we have been told to talk to a trusting adult if we ever had any issues and Billy Sheehan is the perfect example of that person. Not only does he care about the every student in his classroom, but for every kid that steps foot inside of Trinity. It's actually not only Trinity students he cares about; Billy Sheehan cares for everyone who comes in contact with him. He will remember your face, name and is always willing to listen and joke around. He is one of the most beloved people, I have never heard anyone say anything bad about this man. Losing him is losing a huge part of this school and its community. Look how many people are speaking so highly of him; former students and parents are writing of their love for this man. He is the prime example of the Pride, Spirit, and Tradition that Trinity speaks so highly of. Billy Sheehan is truly the face of Trinity High School. He is what inspired me to go to school to teach; if I can inspire kids even a third of the way he did it would be an honor.

When my sister told me Mr. Sheehan was fired, I had no words. Any words I wanted to say, I felt would not come out in a real sentence. Mr. Sheehan IS the Pride, Spirit and Tradition of Trinity High School. Where I am in life today with graduating college, getting married and starting my career is all thanks to him, honestly. He was a true inspiration and huge influence on myself, and I am sure many, MANY others. Mr. Sheehan's kindness is the reason he is liked by so many. I don't know any other teacher that would listen and give advice as good as he did. Bring him back. Bring the heart of Trinity High School back.

Mr. Sheehan is TRINITY HIGH SCHOOL. i cant recall a single sports game, fundraisers, college night, etc.. Mr. Sheehan always put his students and the school first. He was one of the best teachers I ever had, but he was more then that. He was also a friend who I knew I could talk to about anything.

Mr. Sheehan was one of the best teachers I had at Trinity because he challenged you everyday not to just be a better student, but also a better person. He made sure that his students knew that he cared about them and was a huge part of my time at Trinity.

I'm 25 years old, and I still remember almost every class I had with Mr. Sheehan. The definition of Trinity High School. Pride in not only the name of the school, but the students. Pride not only in their GPA's, SAT scores, or what their college application looked like, but pride in who they were as people. His focus was, first and foremost, to produce people who would do good in the world. Spirit, which could be seen by anyone willing to venture the halls of THS four, five, six hours after school ended, where you would inevitably find him working on something for his students. Tradition, looking at a man who graduated THS, played football at THS, and came back to be a member of the most devoted staff I have seen anywhere. Mr. Sheehan is EVERYTHING that Trinity is supposed to be.

Mr. Sheehan is the definition of Trinity. Pride, Spirit, and Tradition, a teacher who would not only prepare you for the future, but would take care of your needs at any moment. There were never any days I didn't see Mr. Sheehan smiling or actively caring for each student he encountered. He made Trinity a great school, and i hope he is able to continue.

Not only an outstanding teacher but one of the most influential teachers I have ever had. As someone who has gone through a tremendous loss in her life, Billy was there when I needed advice. He became a father figure to me soon after I lost my own. Whenever I was having a bad day I knew that I could go to him. He never failed to make every student smile and laugh. Billy was always so giving, his top right drawer was always filled with lollipops, chocolate, pop tarts, and cheez itz for any student to have. He never judged anyone and only wanted to help. Trinity has not been the same over the past month and it breaks my heart to know that the administration was so quick to take away such a huge part of trinity. Free Billy.
