Col. Hunter is an exemplary man that has and still should be guiding the ROTC. He needs to be brought back to continue his wonderful work.

I was born in Salem and was a Marine recruiter for Salem High School. As a military recruiter, one of the greatest joys is knowing that you make a positive impact on the youth of local communities. This is a very sad story. Ultimately, the biggest loser will be the student with the trashy mouth as he is not being prepared for the real world which is going to swallow him whole.

Bring him back. The MCJROTC will not be the same without him. My son wouldn't of made it through if not for this man.

Discipline and respect. That will get you a long way if you learn nothing else.
I hear all too often about administrators that neglect do their jobs and lack the leadership skills to leverage the talents of their staff. Lead, follow or get out of the way!
