Dear Hollywood,

There's something we must discuss. It has been a concern of ours for the past four years and we feel that it's time to finally address it. Okay, here goes...

Do you happen to remember a film by the director, David Fincher, which was released in December 2011? It went by the name of "The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo" and starred Rooney Mara? No? Okay...well she played this brilliant hacker, Lisbeth Salander, who was really mysterious and strong and eventually became entangled with this journalist, Blomkvist, played by that British actor with the eyes, Daniel Craig? Well anyways it was just a vision of a film and Mara...wow. What an astounding performance. Just the perfect embodiment of that character. And the--Ah! You remember!? Yes, yes, I know. Amazing.

But okay then...what gives!? Oh, you're confused by my question? Well, let me clarify. Why is it that we're four years out after the release of that masterpiece and its sequels have still not been greenlit and produced? Why haven't we been immersed within Fincher's astonishing vision and seen Mara and Craig kill it twice more all while being given chills by that Reznor/Ross score?

Exactly. No good reason.

So, we the undersigned, petition the producers to facilitate the return of the entire, original cast with David Fincher at the helm to complete the trilogy. To provide the audience -your willing consumers- a cinematic experience like only Fincher and company are capable of. And believe us, we will come out in droves.
