Kelly Bates was the best at her weather report . Always so optimistic , even if the weather was bad she would just make you feel that it will change for the better very soon .

Bring back Kelly. This family is a long time viewer of channel ten. We won't watch till Kelly is back. Its also horrible that the girls are wearing skin tight and low cut dress's. I believe if they didn't dress like that you think ratings will go down. Its supposed to be news and weather. Instead no moral and it's a sex show. SMH

Kelly Bates is an excellent, highly experience meteorologist. I have watched her forecasts for decades and have stayed a WJAR viewer because she is there. She is awesome! If Kelly is not reinstated, thousands of us will no longer be tuning in to WJAR.

I am extremely disappointed in WJAR. If it truly was Kelly’s choice I’m good with that but I doubt it. You most likely gave her a bad contract which is so typical these days.
I identified with her for her smile, genuine kindness, not perky and petite, normal like most of us, and a great meteorologist. I will be switching to channel 12

I am shocked, kelly I am 62 and through all those years, you've been my favorite. I do trust you. You have such a lovely smile and a great laugh! You've always been professional from the way you dress, always on point, and your ability to help your audience understand what's happening with the weather.
If they replace you with a young skinny kid, I'll never watch again. Sometimes i think we've come so far with the way women are judged and consequently treated, really hasn't changed enough. I hope you find something wonderful in your career. I'll keep you in my prayers.

Kelly is the most professional weather reporter, bright, quick, great sense of humor and a pleasure to watch. Please bring her back. I’ve watched your channel over 50 years and I am disappointed and saddened.
