Bring Back Jonesy's Voice and Let Both Sides Speak!

we need both sides of these issues. It isnt fair for the greenys to win this battle. You need to listen to us also.

The concept of "Free Speech" in our country used to apply to all opinions, whether we agreed with those thoughts or not. Your newspaper publishes a great deal of material of which I do not necessarily agree with, but I don't whine and complain trying to quiet that opinion. Sadly, liberals tend to believe in Free Speech only as long as they agree with it. As a former journalist and a 40+ year veteran in the broadcast business, I can tell you if you lose your credibility as a news and information distribution outlet, your readers will leave you and find other sources which in turn eventually effects ad revenue. Sadly, too much of our media have evolved from bias to blatant propaganda. I hope that is not the desire and intent of the editors of JHN&G. Keep Jonesy on the menu . . . please. Or maybe I should start complaining about the distasteful political cartoons you run every issue with no balance from the other point of view.

I am an annual visitor to the Jackson Hole area (20 years and counting), Elk hunting out of Alpine,WY and fishing out of Driggs, ID. I have enjoyed the columns of Maury Jones, mostly agreeing ,with occasional exceptions, and I would request that you make every effort to continue publishing his viewpoints.

Please continue to include Jonesy's column in your newspaper. He presents a side of the issues that needs to be heard.

I read every Cowboy Common Sense article. Mr. Jones has exposed me to your newspaper and I now read it regularly online. His style is somewhat abrasive but his message is important. Your paper will do better with his column and his valuable viewpoints.

I read a lot of JH news on line, even though I no longer live there, since I do a lot of work and business dealings in Jackson. Jonsey's article was the only one that didn't have me shaking my head at the foolish liberal writers of Jackson Hole.

Please keep Jonesy"s column Cowboy Common Sense .I look forward to reading it and sharing his humorous bend on valley issues with friends and family. Jennifer Jensen Bondurant WY

Jonesy has great points of view and people need to hear them when making decisions.

The only reason I began reading your paper was because of Maury Jones. If you choose not to reinstate him it will also be the reason I will cease reading it.

When both sides of an issue cannot be discussed in an open form , how can anyone say they are informed on that issue. Please reinstate Maury Jones "cowboy Common Sense" so intelligent debate can continue. John Gray

Please reinstate Mr. Maury Jones in writing "Cowboy Common Sense" in your newspaper! He is an honest man and presents views that contribute to right thinking! Please do not pull Maury's article, we need someone who speaks the truth about what is happening in the valley. He speaks with knowledge about the environment,having lived the out door life,instead of some other people who go along with the sheeple!!
