Bring Back Jonesy's Voice and Let Both Sides Speak!

I enjoy reading Mr. Jones point of view.

If "Jonsey's" column is dropped, why don't you replace it with Pravda?

Where is our free spirit and freedom matters voice? This paper has become so obviously liberal that many of us in Jackson no longer pay attention to what it has to offer. We can go online for what matters. We still have a choice.

Please continue Maury Jone's rational voice. We have had enough liberal BS for one lifetime.

I see no reason for Maury Jones' column to be canceled and removed from the Jackson Hole paper. There should be space for opposing opinions in all newspapers. I have enjoyed reading his column from the link to the paper.

Long time reader of this column and the Jackson Hole paper. I have enjoyed Mr. Jones's column from the start whether or not I always agreed with him!

I believe the media has an obligation to give unbiased news. Since you along with most media have decided to push a liberal progressive agenda rather than the facts unbiased the least you could do is allow the other side to have a voice. Please reinstate Mr Jones' article.

Let both side speak.

Mr. Jones column will be missed. Hearing the truth,(facts) reminds me of a quote: "When a man who is honestly mistaken hears the truth, he will either quit being mistaken or cease being honest"..... so goes most of the liberal readers.

It never ceases to amaze me how tolerant conservatives can be and how intolerant progressives tend to be. For years the JHN&G was a progressive rag and I don’t recall an outpouring of vituperation from conservatives. But about a year of ONE conservative voice and the whining from progressives makes one wonder how so many of the progressive boys and girls managed to get their panties twisted up in their genitalia!

So I was right! As I said in my recent letter-to-editor, "Only wolf worshipers" and other such minds "have the right to freedom of speech now!" I am really disappointed that this newspaper is so biased and un-AMERICAN! I no longer have any desire to read your paper and its contents anymore.

As a non resident but often visitor to your area, I was shocked to hear that you are going to discontinue printing the Cowboy Common Sense editorial. It is one of the main things I enjoy reading when I am in the area and sometimes get it online. The next time I am in Jackson, I will let your business advertisers know that I miss Mr Jones columns. FYI to the JHN&G, Money Talks......

I hope you will do the right, fair, and American thing and continue Maury Jones' column. Differing opinions, and the right to publicly express those opinions, is what makes America a great nation. And it's what makes for real journalism.

I know Maury Jones personally and respect his views and opinions.You must provide all sides of the issues so people can weigh different ideas and make their own decisions
