PLEASE "BALANCE" THE VIEWS OF THE LIBERAL MEDIA WITH FAIR AND BALANCED CONSERVATIVE ARTICLES FROM TIME TO TIME. IT WILL STIMULATE READERSHIP, AND WILL CERTAINLY BE A REFRESHING CHANGE.
THANK YOU.

Freedom of speech must go on. One sided ideas raises a generation of narrow minded bigotry at its finest. With the world of politics to sports in as much as controversial ideas and believes it saddens me that a local newspaper in the equality state can't share common sense ideas

The JHN&G is simply not worth reading. It has constant articles supporting liberal views that aren't working and haven't worked for years despite Trillions of dollars of government borrowing burying taxpayers in endless debt. Paul Krugman is a perfect example. The phD nobel economist is nothing but a liberal antagonist and his ideas have completely failed the entire world and left a world in debt with zero growth. I supposed the JHN&G can continue reporting this absurd concept of printing money to produce a decent economy but sooner or later they will have to admit it hasn't and doesn't work. I suggest JHN&G get real and start admitting their views are absurd and failing. Furthermore the JHN&G staff need to start reading some other economic literature and allow other ideas which might just allow them to wake up! Or they can continue on as the world is in slower and slower growth with ideas that are failing in every respect.

If the liberal view point is so compelling why not allow other view points as well? Maybe because the conservative view is better????

Jonesy's column really did serve to bring balance to an extremely liberal paper. Without Brad Mead or Jonesy's column, I will be getting my news from Buckrail. They were the only reason I still hung on.

Freedom abused is Freedom destroyed! Shutting down opposing views, is the beginning of the end. Liberals seem to want tolerance for everyone, except for conservative thinkers, writers and speakers.

Jonesy's "Cowboy Common Sense" is a bright light to pierce the smokescreen of the predominant liberal rhetoric that characterizes JHN&G. Without a token conservative opinion on a weekly basis, JHN&G will simply be an outlet for exclusively liberal viewpoints and I will not waste my time to read your liberal rag.

I am an Arizona resident that visits the Jackson area each year. I have read your paper many times and particularly so since Jonsey became a columnist. It is satisfying to see a likeminded soul writing about things that effect our lives, especially all of us living in the west who may share a more tradional, conservative viewpoint. Your publication will be something less without his views from between a horse's ears. Reconsideration of suspending his column would be wise and make good sense, whether from a cowboy or not.

You are making a big mistake to not continue to run Jonesy's article. He brings an important point of view to a variety of subjects of great interest to many of us.

Freedom of speech? Why is it that only Liberals fell that they are granted this Right? I want to see my view, which Mr. Jones well expresses, in the Jackson paper.

If you are not going to give equal space for differences of opinions, do not have opinion pieces at all. I may not agree with others opinions but if they are presented in a respectful manner I can at least value their view point.

I does not surprise me that such intolerance has surfaced from a news publication. It does surprise that such as attitude would come from a rural publication in the western U.S. Jones has a right if not a responsibility to voice a very common and growing attitude towards conservative values. If you have not witnessed a back lash to left wing, elitist attitudes then witness how the presidential election is going. The general public is not voting so much for a conservative candidate as they are voting against a liberal elitist.
I for one am done with your publication and any others like it.
