Bring Back Free Parking to Cherry Creek Shopping Center

Won't go back there till it is free!!

Not a wise move, with so much competition. You seem to be a alienating customers, me included.

This used to be such a great community space to shop, socialize & meet up with other families and friends. Now I feel the pressure of a ticking clock and respond by hustling in & out with my errands as quickly as possible every trip....or just skip the mall all together and opt for online shopping with free shipping & returns. In an age when brick & mortar stores are trying desperately to increase foot traffic to survive, doing something to hurt their efforts like this is a shame.

We never got asked that we wanted to pay for parking!

Personally, I avoid shopping areas where I have to pay for parking. Free parking is small benefit that means a lot to customers.

Malls should not have a parking fee, people go to malls for entertainment and fun, to hangout and spend time with people. For these reasons no one should have to pay for parking when they are already going to spend money inside the mall

My wife and two kids did not visit your mall last weekend because of the parking situation we instead went to Park Meadows where they have free parking

Haven't been there since the turnstiles went up. I even rescheduled an Apple Store appointment for Park Meadows yesterday. Free parking and better shopping experience. Come on, Cherry Creek, admit you made a serious miscalculation here or your businesses will start voting with their feet just like I am!

I have boycotted cherry creek mall since the institution of pay to park and will continue to do so until free parking is back. I would even consider some sort of voucher parking where if I "check into the mall" it is free.

Just offer shoppers 3 hours free. The 1 hour free is a joke. And, it loses business for the stores, because I run in and out within that hour, instead of lingering to window shop or get a snack. It's hurting the shops.

I avoid stopping by the mall at all cause now because of having to pay for parking.

Cherry Creek is my favorite mall. It has my favorite stores, and it is also very close to me. I haven't gone since they started the whole pay parking thing. I haven't gone not because I'm greedy and don't want to pay, but because I think it is unfair. I don't want to be paying to spend my money.

I live only a mile from the center and I refuse to shop there anymore. I will not pay for parking. You made a big mistake punishing shoppers for the lack of parking because of over development.

I was thinking of holding an event at one of the restaurants in cherry creek mall, but I didn't want to pay for parking and moved the event to a different location. You guys are loosing business :(

One hour of free parking is not sufficient and is negatively impacting the mall. Please make a change in the policy. Three hours would be a much better.

Our support for supporting shops at ccm is enough. Do not penalize with parking fees to spend our dollars!!!!!!
