The dean told me a BS story about only 25 people using the passes. I know this to be false. My friend group would commonly use the buses and I know we didn't make up around 50% of the users. 450+ people have already disproved this ridiculous claim. We have the budget for a 25 million dollar classroom building but no funding for a bus pass?
