The wind is finally at our backs and it feels like the path ahead is clearer than it has been in a long time. This momentum represents a weight lifted off my shoulders and I appreciate you sticking with me through the exhaustion of these past weeks.

Just today, 6/30/20, the guard who is, I think the relief guard for our 3-11pm person, was standing outside by the Lions (this is the guard who says he won't go in the building), letting everyone and anyone in- all they had to do was follow a tenant in or catch the door before it shut. Nobody is being signed in, no IDs are being checked. Doesn't the security company see that this type of nonchalance could become a liability??? Unbelievable

Please bring Eli back. I always feel the safest when he’s here working and so does my family.
Thank you

Bring Eli back! There is no order at the front desk with mail intake and no one is ever there 70% of the time.

Eli was the first person who talked to me and was friendly when I first moved in. He made me feel welcome and always safe. Bring him back!

Eli is the best!
He responded to my text message at 3AM when someone was passed out right in front of the elevator on my floor. 20 minutes later Eli updates me that it’s all been taken care of. Can’t picture SB Spring without him!

I’ve lived here 4 years and Eli has been the best security we’ve had. I work late shifts and he always makes sure I feel safe coming home at 4am. Not only that he’s warm, welcoming and pleasant.
