If Dr. Zucker is not back by January 1 2020 NBI will not longer be my hospital. I urge everyone to do the same.

I've seen Dr. Zucker personally take excellent care of his patients. I have seen how he teaches students, residents, fellows, and staff about the whole patient. It was not just about the heart, he focused on the wellbeing of the patients and their families.

It is a disgrace what you are doing to Dr Zucker. Without Dr Z we will no longer continue using the hospital for future exams and follow ups.

The pleas from the many people whose lives Dr Zucker greatly improved and saved should be heard - and he should be reinstated.

It is an astonishing and shameful thing to impede the career of a physician with the skills, experience and integrity of Dr. Zucker. Please undo this shameful action.

Dr. Mark Zucker and his team is the sole reason i'm still alive today, 13 years after my new heart. I can thank him for being able to share my life with my beautiful family (wife and 4 children). Please let him continue his journey on saving as many patients as possible. Dr. Mark Zucker has made a tremendous impact on many, many lives. Give him the ability to continue at NBI. I know wherever he goes, he will continue to enrich the lives of the people he treats. He has certainly enriched mine forever.

Mark is not only an amazing dr, he is a man of incredible integrity and someone I know for over 25 years and trust implicitly. This is a travesty.

My brother-in-law would have died if not for Dr. Zucker, who has dedicated his life to giving others the chance to live. Unlike some of the wealthier hospitals, Dr. Zucker serves poor, dying people, and supports an impoverished community in Newark. He deserves gratitude - not condemnation. Thank you.

If memory serves, Dr. Zucker was AMA doctor of the year in 2007. This is a superstar in his filed and should be treated better.

Dr. Zucker is one of a kind. If Newark loses him they lose much of their prestige.

Executive Director Dr. Mark Zucker was in large part responsible for saving my life in 2005 along with Director Dr. Luis Aroyo, Director Dr. David Baran, Oncologist Dr. Indu Sabnani, and surgeons Dr. Camacho, and Dr. Pendergast. Unfortunately some of the talented doctors have moved on. NBI needs to retain the professionals that have built the NBI reputation of excellence.

Saved my husbands life after Robert Wood Johnson in New Brunswick seemingly procrastinated couldn’t find him a heart for 6 months and Dr Zucker and his team found one in 2 months. Because of Dr Zucker and his team he is living a great life!
