My wife and I are Alexandra Boni's grand parents and completely support Alexandra's comments and wholeheartedly support Dr Zucker's reinstatement.

You have chosen a course of action that punished Dr. Zucker along with the hospital, staff and patients. If you truly feel Dr. Zucker is in the wrong, reinstate him and find a punishment that only effects him alone, like a fine, or loss of time off.

We support Dr Zucker’s reinstatement and know him to be a very competent, skilled, compassionate and dedicated physician. Our experience under his care was excellent. We are confident that his skills abilities and passion will continue to give people hope and save lives! He should continue to serve his community as he has done for many years successfully.

I am a Heart Transplant Patient. I would have not let anyone but Dr Mark Zucker handle my care. If it wasn't for him I would not be alive today.

Shame on the board of directors ,the president ceo of nbi for placing dr Zucker on leave. Politics are not paramount to patient care. The hospital should go after probulica for astronomical damages to the program as well as Mark Zucker’s reputation.

Dr Zucker must be reinstated given his commitment to his patients and his care towards the staff. He is a remarkable caregiver and it is perplexing given how this situation is being handled.

I hope and predict that this case will go down in history with that of Dr Jeremiah Stamler, who, last time I looked was alive in his 90"s. Half the references to cardiovascular epidemiology in Robbins standard, classic text on pathology were to his papers.
He was subpoenad approx 1965 by HUAC, showed up,, told them off , left on advice of counsel. Then came a historic event. He was NOT FIRED by his employer, The Chicago Board of Health. This is take by some who understand History as the end of the Mc Carthy era.
Let us look forward to the end of another era and pray that Mark Zuker is instrumental in ending this nightmare of procedural nihilism.

In 2012, when I was an 18 year old college freshman, I came down with pneumonia that inexplicably progressed into respiratory failure. I was transferred to NBI specifically for Dr. Zucker's expertise in managing severe and acute illnesses with the ECMO heart lung bypass machine. I was a patient at NBI's critical care ICU for two and a half months and emerged with no other organ damage, and seven years later I have no residual lung deficits. This man, along of course with all the nurses, therapists, physicians, and other medical staff on C8, saved my life and provided exemplary care. More than that, Dr. Zucker is just a kind, compassionate, and wonderful human being. I have very fond memories of Dr. Zucker checking on me in the hospital (once I was out of the medically induced coma) and from office visits after my discharge. I hope that he can continue to provide excellent medical care to patients who need his help.
