In my opinion, Casey was a major asset to the Star Cafe. By letting her go, you show a lack of awareness about the value of your front office personnel. Face it, with the continuing growth of Star, there are more places to eat. The Star Cafe was once the only game in town. No more. You ignore your customer's input at your own peril. Bring her back!

I don’t know what or why you fired her but understand these actions are usually bad for business. However bring her back can show your humility towards the Star families that love her and only go there for this amazing person. So do the right thing and start the conversation!!

Casey is the reason we go to Star Cafe. If it were the food, then we would've stopped going a long time ago. The cooks can't even do a pancake without my wife having to send it back. My wife and I will not be returning to Star Cafe unless Casey is reinstated. I will also boycott the Merc. Casey was literally at our table yesterday morning asking us what we thought of an outdoor seating area which would bring the owners more money with more butts in the seats. Firing Casey was a very poor decision. She brings meals to your sick elderly regulars on her way home from work sometimes if she hasn't seen them in a few days!
