Bring back Casey to Star Country Cafe!

She is the very very best She had the full house sing Happy Birthday to me. I was so pleasantly surprised!!! She is the best!!!

Casey is the Star Cafe! She turned that place around. She is the reason the parking lot is full!

Your kitchen staff and food are mediocre at best, the only reason we came is because of Casey. Letting her go will be a blessing in disguise to Casey - and is already to your detriment.

Casey was the first person we met when we moved here 5 years ago. (Different cafe) and when we saw she moved to Star Cafe, we saw her and she always remembered our names. Kind, compassionate , always with a smile and friendly greeting. Can’t imagine letting someone like this go.

My grandfather loved the food that was served. Not to mention the love and compassion he felt from the star cafe. He’s unfortunately passed but I know he would want it to stay the way it is no one out of state would understand.

Without Casey you will lose a lot of customers. Your kitchen staff is rude and obnoxious to say the least! Poor choice in my humble opinion.

She has been the back bone their since we have been going there. Not sure why they would be so fullish to let her go. Please bring her back.

I will absolutely NOT be going back until she's back!

Casey was one of the first faces I ever met when I moved to Idaho almost 4 years ago. My family and I have returned to Star Country Cafe time and time again, and have come to know and appreciate the staff. Casey always made us feel welcome even when we didn’t know anyone in the state. It would be amazing if she were to be allowed to continue making people feel like family like she did to us those four years ago.

Big mistake guys! Casey was looking out for your business and is the reason behind much of your success. Own it and bring her back.

You can always replace the back of the house, but replacing the front is not smart! This will make it close very soon! I will not be back there, unless this is reversed!.

I am not a fan of the Merc but frequented the Cafe many, many times. The food at the cafe is average but the front of the house service was impeccable! This keep us coming back. We tried the Rustic Table after the new owners took over. The food was extremely good but our server was rude and disrespectful! We never went back! What business owners often forget is it OUR choice where we spend our money!

She is the best boss in the world, she made it feel like home and she has a very special place in my heart. This breaks my heart completely that this happened.

Her bright, friendly, positive vibes were so comforting and calming. We loved seeing her there when we dined.

So disappointed, not sure I care to return.
