Bring Cait back. Period. You have lost one of the people that made Mini of Loveland an amazing place to look at and buy Mini's. She is so passionate about what she did that she really raised the bar on customer service and friendlyness.
I was there yesterday to look at Minis' with and for my girlfriend and we have never had a worse experience in what was once an amazing dealership. We were there for over an hour. Nobody approached us, asked us how we were doing. We even had an appointment and were stood up..... This would have never happened if Cait O'Connor was around.

What a value to a business to have an associate who passionately supports the company and the brand, who is knowledgable about the product line, and clearly has a following of dedicated buyers, clients, and MINI enthusiasts.

Bring a Mini Love back to a Mini Dealership.

I have purchased two of three Minis that we own at Mini of Loveland. Our Daughter is really close to buying one, and our Son is currently looking as well. Now that Cait is not a Mini of Loveland, and some of the other fine folks that have left recently, it is not as friendly of a place that it once was. Cait has an energy, that just connects to people. She is a wrench turner, and has worked on her own Mini. She can talk the car talk, and walk the walk, because she drives a Mini, works on Mini's and knows the whole line of Mini's. She was a Mini owner BEFORE she started working at Mini of Loveland. Most of the sales people don't even drive a Mini!
Who would you rather buy a Mini from, a person that drives one every day and works on them, or someone that drives something else, and the Mini sales job, is just that.... a job. To Cait is was more than that.

Cait is a true asset to Mini of Lovland. Businesses are not wholly made on product. They are made by personnel that truly love what they do and believe in what they represent. I had been in retail management for years and to find an associate like Cait is a rare find. Don't become just another car dealer and bring Cait back before Mini of Loveland turns into that Mini dealer up north.

I take my business to companies that I feel supported and valued by. After Schomp Mini proved to be unable to make that connection I researched Mini of Loveland and met Cait. Based on her enthusiasm and inter-personal skills I moved my business to MoL. I feel she "gets" Mini and that means something to me as a customer, a customer that drives 70 miles for an oil change.
In my eyes Cait is an asset and a draw to MoL and not having her on staff is an error that should be corrected.

I am going to start this off by saying I use to be a loyal Shomp MINI customer.
Then a new girl popped into one of MINI5280's club meetings, and she was promoting MOL because she worked there. At first I looked at the milage difference between where I live and the two dealerships, and was hesitant to go the extra 20 miles through traffic after work when I needed parts or service on either of my two MINI's however, this new girl into the club was so enthusiastic about MOL's staff and atmosphere over Shomp's so I decided to give MOL a try.
My drive actually took less time, and when I walked through the door, there she was. I came to know the "new girl" as Cait, and she quickly became more than just a MINI sales associate that I know.
She is a true friend, a real MINI enthusiest to the bones, and one hell of a nice lady! Cait is the one thing for me that made trips to the dealership enjoyable! Didnt matter what kind of bad day I was having, or what kind of crummy mood I was in, as soon as I would walk through the door and get a smile and wave from Cait, all of that would go away.
I've worked at a few dealerships (Omeara FORD, Medved Chevrolet, and Pro Chrysler Jeep) and honestly 99% of the people working for them werent the "make you feel good" kind of people, yet MOL felt different just because of the positive attitude Cait brought into the showroom. This is how MINI dealerships should make people feel! BMW has a reputation of "If you are going to buy a BMW, you need to take a class on how to be an asshole just to survive the sales staff" BMW might own, but is NOT MINI, nor should MINI be BMW!
Without that nice smile and wave when I walk through the door as I make my way to the parts counter (I buy a lot of parts for my cars as well as others) it is starting to feel more like a crummy "you cant afford this" BMW stealership.
Right now I am contemplating going back to Shomp just because of the feel as I walk through the door now that Cait is gone. To learn t

My wife and I went to Mini of Loveland a sales person came out and we explained what specifics we were looking for. The sales person decided the type of Mini we wanted and began to show us that model only in used cars ... When we measured the back area it was not wide enough, he stated we would just have to put things at an angle sense it wouldn't lay flat. At one point, I was walking down an aisle of cars and he stated those are just Hardtops. We went home, since the models on the lot that he was showing us didn't have the feature we wanted. I did allot of research online and found a couple cars that had what we wanted. I called the sales man and after numerous emails and phone calls, he informed me I needed to buy what was on the Loveland lot or go else where. A few weeks later after more research and calls to other Mini dealers, we found that the new Mini 4 door Hardtop was the perfect size. My wife and I decided to give Mini of Loveland one more chance.... We walked in ensuring the previous sales person wouldn't offer to help. Cait walk up. What a relief, she knew MINIs and was ready to find the right MINI for us. Cait measured and showed us the 4 door Hard top could fit the 3'x4' canvas perfectly. My wife had certain colors in mind, so Cait started there. But soon after a few test drives and talking, they were just not right. Cait then said lets see what we can find and searched the inventory for cars that had the features we wanted in different colors. She found a grey 4 door Hard top with everything we wanted.... But my wife wanted to Jack up her new MINI, so Cait helped her find the right add-ons to make the perfect MINI.... WOW a sales person that listens to the customer and finds what they want... That is Cait... The perfect MINI sales person.....
Will I buy another MINI from any other sales person at MINI of Loveland..... NO!!!!! I will take my business to what ever dealership Cait is working...... Bring Cait back..... I will o

We went to Loveland Mini to just look at the cars. We had a whole list of other dealers to go to and Mini was our first stop. My husband and I met Cait and trusted her right away. She was so honest and fun to work with and somehow we ended up buying a Mini that night and now we're in love! Being a new Mini owner I have had tons of questions and Cait has been wonderful through the whole process. My husband and I actually loved going in there even though the dealership is an hour from our home. When I went in for service last week and learned Cait was gone, I was actually devastated. She was the best car salesperson I had ever worked with. I actually called a friend who was going to head to Loveland to talk to her about a purchase and told her she might as well go to Schomp since it's closer. I did not feel the same energy on the sales floor like I used to when I went in. I'm sad there are so many people gone and truly can't see myself recommending them for anything but service now. Cait is a true Mini enthusiast and she is needed back!

Cait is always on the job! I remeber not too long ago we had a club outing. Cait had noticed some curious onlookers. She strolled over politley introduced herself and made small talk about what were doing amd what we were about. At the end of the convention she was asked for her card. I can only assume they stopped by MINI of Loveland, or even spread the word to thier friends. Cait is a true professional and is always on the job. She is what MINI USA and MoL should be looking for not letting go. Bring back Cait!
