Liberty Market has been a staple in Down Gilbert and Gilbert in general for ages. The location itself has a great historical significance to the history of our fine town.

One of the many things that makes this restaurant a magnet for diners is its deserts and coffee bar. Of those deserts is their famed bread pudding.

This just isn't any bread pudding. Its a rotating menu item that you don't know what type it is unless you ask on that day. Its an amazing treat that many, myself included, would go specifically to Liberty Market for....until about 30 days ago.

I asked the employees and they did not have a reason to give me as to why this was removed from the menu...all they said was that if enough people ask for it...it may just come back...or at least we could hope and try.

So here we are.
