The US has toonami back, why can't Canada have bionix again? Why is there no older youth animated programming on Canadian tv?

I want this to happen because sadly, as a young kid, I didn't see much of Bionix, due to living up north where I didn't even know of good TV as a young child.

Because I never got to experience Bionix, and after watching an old Videotape of Gundam Seed, I realize now how amazing of a block it is. It is back, well, sorta, on YTV Direct Youtube Channel

I am a big anime fan and I want to say that I never actually saw Bionix back when it was on, but I am very sick of seeing all those live-action sitcoms and all those crappy shows on now. So I am doing this for YTV's own good. Hope it can get brought back in some form.
