Greetings,

This is from us, the Global Mu Legend Community kindly requesting the following from Webzen.

Ever since we lost our English Community Manager Rakai to another game owned by Webzen we have been left in the dark on any official English Mu Legend channels and not receiving any feedback about our issues, we have two other community managers that we are aware of Bergarox, Zehyll, we understand that these people are very busy behind the screens, but we really lack someone to talk to us, the community.

Community Manager Rakai fulfilled that role perfectly, he was active daily on the Official Mu Legend forums, and Mu legend Discord assisting everyone that had questions or feedback about the game, Rakai was one of us, the players he knew the game and the community. In short we always knew we could trust Rakai on making sure that we were being heard by Webzen. Sadly since he was moved forcefully by Webzen to another Webzen game we have been struggling getting our feedback and issues heard we feel like we have been left in the dark without any support from Webzen.

All we request is the simple fact that we get our active Community Manager Rakai back so we can provide feedback and in turn we will both create a better game.
