Webzen has confirmed that Rakai will return to the English Mu Legend community channels effective immediately. Our focus now shifts to ensuring the transition is completed according to the terms discussed with management. We will monitor the forums and discord to confirm the restoration of regular support.

This is from us, the Global Mu Legend Community kindly requesting the following from Webzen.
Ever since we lost our English Community Manager Rakai to another game owned by Webzen we have been left in the dark on any official English Mu Legend channels and not receiving any feedback about our issues, we have two other community managers that we are aware of Bergarox, Zehyll, we understand that these people are very busy behind the screens, but we really lack someone to talk to us, the community.
Community Manager Rakai fulfilled that role perfectly, he was active daily on the Official Mu Legend forums, and Mu legend Discord assisting everyone that had questions or feedback about the game, Rakai was one of us, the players he knew the game and the community. In short we always knew we could trust Rakai on making sure that we were being heard by Webzen. Sadly since he was moved forcefully by Webzen to another Webzen game we have been struggling getting our feedback and issues heard we feel like we have been left in the dark without any support from Webzen.
All we request is the simple fact that we get our active Community Manager Rakai back so we can provide feedback and in turn we will both create a better game.

The volume of support has reached a level that allows me to formally request a meeting with the Webzen community management leads. I am drafting a summary of our specific grievances to present during this discussion.

Rakai actually knew the game and responded to us. Ever since he left its like talking to a brick wall. Please bring him back.
Thank you everyone for signing the petition. With over 77 signatures in only a couple of days we have proven the need for this petition! The response was insane! Rest assured we made sure that HQ Webzen and Webzen Dublin will receive this petition with your comments. We have already received some positive feedback from Webzen regarding the petition, we will continue to keep you updated on the official discord with the latest news from Webzen.
I do remember him being very active in his work. Getting him back would be a step in the right direction. The real problem is higher-ups from Webzen not listening to player community feedback.
We really do need active communication to keep this community alive and thriving.
We need Rakai back, so we the English community doesn't feel left in the dark anymore!
