Such an amazing school to send your children to. I plan to send my children there someday. Wonderful teachers, wonderful environment.

Schools like this are part of the fabric & culture of small towns. Most of the finest people I know attended grade school in a similarly small school with a cafegymatorium (multi-purpose room). Environments like that build character, personal respect & social skills much better than any large grade school would.
And I strongly believe schools like Lyndon should be the model, and not the exception for education going forward.

The Lyndon Station School has been a staple in the area. Where small town locals can bond and have bonded through this school district for many people. The town don't have much. If you take away the school you take away a chance for kids to bond in the town they grow up in

My daughter attended Lyndon Station school. I couldn't be more pleased with the education she received and the wonderful staff we had the pleasure to meet. Please keep the Lyndon Station Elementary School Open, including 4th and 5th grade. This school defines small town living and a strong sense of Community.

I grew up in Lyndon Station, and attended Lyndon Station Elementary when it was in the original building. The smaller class sizes provide learning opportunities that larger classrooms cannot. It would be a shame to lose the school after so many years...

Mauston School District needs to leave the Lyndon Station Elementary School open! You need to remember why that school was built in the first place.

As a parent and former 5th grade teacher in this school, I know what an amazing little school Lyndon Station Elementary is. Students grow, excel, and succeed in this community learning environment. The older students are exceptional role models and leaders for their younger peers. Bring the 4th and 5th grades back to this school!
