Immediately after Baby Doyle's birth last September, she was handed over to an adoptive couple to be ILLEGALLY adopted. This adoption is ILLEGAL because her father was not given the option to take his baby girl home...he had no idea she had even been born, as she was born nearly a month early. The father, Blake Doyle, retained a lawyer before her birth, registered with the Putative Registry in Georgia to protect his rights, Blake and his mother called the adoption agency repeatedly to let them know that he indeed wanted his baby girl and for them to NOT proceed with the adoption. Blake and his mother also let the birth mother and the adoptive agency know that if they proceeded with this adoption, legal action would be taken. Regardless of these measures, the adoptive agency proceeded. Baby Doyle is now nearly 11 months old and Blake and his family have not even been able to see a picture of his baby girl. In June, Blake went to court for legitimation in regards to Baby Doyle, the judge (3 weeks later) made a decision in favor of the adoption agency; he was found "unfit" due to not making enough money. (He makes above minimum wage and works 40-60 hours per week) This is ridiculous and his family and his community wants his baby back home with him, WHERE SHE BELONGS.
