She needs her dad. He is a stand up man that will do what he has to or needs to do for his kids. By the actions of the biological mother proved she was not capable of taking proper care of the her child. Tim found out that his child was in foster care and his fatherly instincts kicked in. would hate to see a little girl placed in foster care or adoption when there is a biological father and his wife who are overjoyed at the thoughts of having that little girl in their home and their care, have spent countless money and time to try to make this happen.
