Little girl deserves to have a home. A real home. One with loving parents that will do anything for her. If their dedication so far hasn't shown their love for her than I don't know what will. This child deserves a home and to grow up with her other siblings.

She has a father with a home. She is in no danger. Stop taking up resources and let her be with her father (who should have been the first call.

This is ridiculous, he should have her all ready, seems to me the only thing keeping her from her daddy is how much DSS make off kids in foster care

There are many families where only one parent works. She should be with her father her family. Surely not strangers and in foster care because of the state. Just plain wrong on so many levels. A man that actually wants to take care of his child and the state is denying him. Don't we have enough children in foster care already.

I have known Misty for 20 yrs..Knew her when her children were small, have watched her children for her...she was always a great mom and has such a big and loving heart..she has and will continue to do anything in her power to make sure her kids, step or blood, have what they need plus all the love that they could possible want...I met Tim a few years ago and saw the way he was with his son, and in my opinion he is a great dad..he has opened his heart to not only his kids but Mistys and grandkids...I know this little girl would have a chance for a happy life with parents that love her and want her and will do anything to protect her....

It should be only right that the father have rights to his child considering the mother denied the father and the child to even have a chance to have a relationship. The mother has obviously not considered nor cared how it emotionally affects her child by being denied to have a relationship with the absent parent. I am being told that North Carolina Social Service (which is a joke) has disapproved the fathers home do to previous unfounded complaints and that he and his wife currently have other children living in the home. So can you please tell me how the fathers home is acceptable for the children that reside there now but not for his other child whom is states custody and the mother is obviously not capable of taking care of the child due to drug use. I could really go on and on about this matter but I will just stop with this being said How would you like to be denied a relationship with your child when you have never done anything wrong? Sincerely, Christy

I have been friends with Tim and Misty for 6 years now. They are such a sweet couple. Always friendly, positove and smiling. Always willing to help someone on need. Misty use to babysit my son. She was so sweet to him and such a comfort. This was a few year back and he still gets a big smile whenever he sees her.

Let her come home to her father. If she has people that love & want her & will take care of her she doesn't need to be in the system. She needs to be home.
