On July 3, 2017 a Ohio judge sentenced a man to a maximum of three years in prison. No one was hurt, it was not for drugs and he was a tax paying hard working citizen. He is a great person who has always provided for his family while being a good honest person and loving spouse and father to his three small children he has custody of and two children who live with their mother in another state. We want to petition the Ohio supreme Court to bring his case back to be modified please help!

his past was his past and he did his time and became a productive member of society. let him bring things in with an attorney and do it right!!! i have known James for 9 years and we has always went above and beyond trying to help people better their lives. I am proud to call him Brother!!

I don't know him, but after reading the story I think that a man being wrongfully in jail with kids and a pregnant wife at home is wrong. If he's trying to change his life for the good then don't just drag him down. People deserve chances, if they are taking the right steps then leave them alone. He can't do what he needs to do or provide the way he needs to behind bars. Praying he gets to come home soon!
