The best qualities and main attractions continue to be taken from our town! Lido, splash! Having something like this would drive so much business from people out of town also! No brainer!

Many happy childhood memories at the lido,met so many friends from all different schools, would love for my kids to have the chance to enjoy what I did and make great memories too.

Really hope this happens, the lido was such a fantastic place to go as a kid. I have fond memories & would love for generations to come to have this in the town..

I remember the Lido as a child. It was such a great place. You could go with friends and family, spend the day sunbathing and swimming. If this town recreated that in a modern water park it would boost the trade in the town. People would come from miles around and our town would flourish. It would encourage new business to the area. It would be the best thing this council could do. I hope they see sense.
