Need something new for Bridgwater yes but not this. Who is going to pay not only the initial 3 million it will take to build but the red tape and ride maintenance? To make it financially feasible it would have to be open all year round and even then you need to think of a plot large enough to house parking facilities etc. It would also need to be set away from a housing estate and off of main roads to not disrupt general traffic and residents. I think perhaps an alternative entertainment complex would be more advisable.

bridgwater sees constant development of housing and yet with no infrastructure for those people living in those houses to use. This water park would be an amazing way for the town to come together and to create something for all of us and the surrounding towns and area.

One of the only attractions in Bridgwater that actually brought excitment to our town. The loss of the pool was a big disaster as now we have nothing to do with the kids!

When I was young we used to come from Taunton just to go to the splash, it was nice as been under cover it could be used all year round. Clearly though money talks and is was demolished for a superstore which was unwanted and never materialized. Bring back the fun :)
