The request for relocation was denied and the perpetrators remain in local custody. We moved the needle because you refused to look away from Bricen's case. Keep watching the court filings to ensure this remains the final decision.
The perpetrators should not be granted special privilege to relocate from the state of New Mexico or San Juan County because they feel unsafe. If they feel the need for protection for their life then they should be put in a lockdown jail cell where they will be untouched and protected until due process! Until Justice will be served for BRICEN.
We just hit 1,000 signatures for Bricen. Post the link on Facebook right now and text three friends to demand these perpetrators stay in county custody. Call your representative to ensure they hear our demand for justice.

Was Bricen safe when being looked after by these awful women ? No. Well Karma has come and now they know how it feels to be scared like this little boy was. You do the crime, you take the consequences so no they should not be relocated or protected by an ass of a judicial system.

That poor baby couldn't run away from what they where doing to him! Why should they be allowed to run away from the abuse they purposely inflicted on a helpless 8 year old!! They need to stay and answer for what they've done!

So sick of perpetrators being treated like victims. They sure didn’t give any thought to the victims safety when they were forcing him to smoke marijuana and hitting him in the head. They make me sick

My son is non verbal, these girls are the reason why I personally get nervous about anyone watching my son. They absolutely should not leave New Mexico, they think they can start over somewhere else....heck no

My child is also a victim of child abuse and his attacker is in prison, thankfully. Their fear can't even compare to the fear a child fears when being abused. They should not be allowed to run. This child wasn't.

If they are unsafe, and not in custody, then they should be on house arrest with ankle bracelets. They are in fear of their safety, but never considered the safety of an innocent child in their care. I'm afraid if they're allowed to leave the jurisdiction they will not return for court appearances.
