Vital services for any one undergoing cancer treatments

Only starting to get my own confidence back I would hate to go back to that dark place. I teaching myself to only look forward not back !!!!

Please think about how much money you safe and in return how much stress you cause to those women. I don't feel it balance

More cuts to the people in need!!

This is disgusting and Simon Harris needs to rethink what his doing.

An all-time new low!!! Reverse the vile decision and let women start their healing process, both mentally and physically without having to worry about paying for bras, prosthetics etc!!! I am a survivor so please listen!!!

How can you sleep at night?

Reverse the changes made to entitlements for women who have had breast cancer. No woman should have to pay towards breast prostheses, mastectomy bras and wigs. These changes are nation wide. They will affect every woman who has had breast surgery in the past and also those who will have surgery in the future. We don't want this policy to be just extended until August. on reading this proposal to cuts on prosthesis I felt you were targeting the most vulnerable women having gone through the devastating mastectomy operation and feeling so devastated you now add this worry which certainly will not help in recovery and trying to move on with lives having to beg for something that make them at least feel and look like a woman again .The dignity of women is being taken away if this happens.

Please rethink

There should be no expense spared when it comes to cancer treatment, survival or research

When you are at your most vulnerable, you need all the support and help you can get with out having to worry about how you are going to fund the basis thing you need , a proper fitting prostheses and a bra...that can help you to feel "normal" moving forward after your trauma of surgery.

Cancer and what cancer can do to a person's body is awful and life changing. There should be some financial support available.

Please dont withdraw these services.i am totally reliable on hairpiece ..without it i would be totally agoraphobic as i look a mess

When I was having my treatment and I needed a wig it was a Big help it took a lot of pressure off me and help me to not feel as bad looseing my hair knowing I didn't have to worry about money to buy a wig....

As a breast cancer survivor I couldn't have coped with the hair loss without you wig

Disgraceful of them to take away what little you have given in first place

Both my mum and dad are currently fighting cancer. While my mum has now regrown her hair, while going through aggressive chemo getting a wig was a massive lift and boost to her in a time when everything was uncertain and full of anxiety, knowing she could go out looking and feeling 'normal' meant a lot to her and by extension all of us. It's not a luxury, I do think it should be seen as a basic part of cancer care.
