The emails I get from other posts are getting heavier because people are really scared about losing this revenue. I am spending my evenings trying to get someone in the State House to actually listen to the reality of these budget gaps. This fight is draining but we cannot afford to just be quiet while they take what little we have left.

This tax is gonna kill all the small stuff we do around here. really bad idea.
Taxing the legion is just wrong. Everyone knows they spend that money right back in the community.
The Legion does so much for our town. Leave them alone and find the money somewhere else. Ridiculous.
LEAVE THE LEGION ALONE! THEY HELP THE VETERANS WHO GAVE EVERYTHING FOR US. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.
10% is way to much. These guys are barely keeping the doors open as it is. Fix this.

Stop taxing non profits that actually help people. This is just hurting our local vets.
