Lawlessness rules at this intersection, only solution I can think of is a traffic circle in place of the existing traffic lights.

Lawlessness and total disregard for the rules of the robot, turning lanes, cutting people off. Timing of robot way off. Surely in this day and age there should be a more intelligent way to determine how long the lights stay green or red. Sometimes there are no cars on the Main Road cars sit in Payne waiting for the green light.

This robot set up is crazy !!. I Have been in 5 near misses at this intersection (taxis) with my children in the car. This madness has to end !!!

Very frustrating and scary I intersection. The lights cause huge queues as several minutes between each change NOTHING HAPPENS even law abiding people want to jump the lights. Tail backs gridlock much of Main Road, Victoria because people are waiting for lights to change, when they finally do I am wary to move because rules will be broken by impatient people around me. About 80 per cent of encounters at this intersection involve a dangerous and illegal action.

Realkt needs sorting out before this lawlessness from Taxis causes a real tragedy. They are a law unto themselves and the police station is just 2 seconds up the road. 8f you try and stop them they are extremely aggressive.

Hout Bay has increasingly more cars/taxis etc - most of them do not obey the traffic law, solution needs ASAP!
