Less people are migrating to Colorado every year, and more people are moving from Colorado to other states. There is no reason to develop the land for high density living. Without natural areas such as this, Loveland is losing its appeal as a nice town to live in

I am opposed to the rezoning of this property due to the existing inadequate infrastructures in place. Being a Boyd Lake resident for 25 years, I live adjacent to the sewer substation off Valley Oak. There are days I can smell the odor coming from this substation when in the yard. City maintenance people are there several times a week. The substation was supposed to have been moved and expanded as the neighborhood grew but I'm afraid the current system has outgrown the population of the neighborhood! The city needs to have the foresight to put in adequate schools, roads, infrastructure before building any more apartments/houses.

Don't build the apartments! There are plenty vacant ones waiting to be filled! Don't ruin our view and beautiful land.

please don't dilute our community with an unwanted apartment complex in the midst of the established single family homes. The school nearby is at capacity and the developer has zero ties to the community...

We have to think about about more than just money. This is a HORRIBLE idea. It will affect people as well as nature.

We already have issues with overcrowding, no close grocery store, some flooding around the school, etc. We don't need our only peace of the outdoors covered in apartments and all that goes with that. I thought Colorado was interested in nature. Please do not allow this build to happen.

Enough is enough! Please stop this insane developing! Care for one moment about this town and it’s people...not just money.

We have enough high density houseing around. It does not fit with this neighborhood.

I totally concur with the thorough and researched statement accompanying this petition. Please remember that “progress” does not mean developing every square inch of land in this area. Open space is refreshing in an already high density area. Let’s find a use for this property that maintains the natural beauty of this property and works for current residents in this area.

Please do not build the proposed apartment complex on Boyd Lake Avenue. I bought my house with the expectations the area would remain safe and less densely populated.

Very concerned about increased traffic through this areas already. There is little regard to speed limit which is a major concern with the school. Traffic, safety and crime all concerns- let's make a different decision on how to develop this area.
