We are furious ! Our children should not be endangered with a high density apartment complex across from their playground! We paid extra for a lot with a view so who's going to compensate dozens of other homeowners that also paid premium for their lots!? Our school is already almost to max! Go away!

Why in the world would we put apartments there? Does not make sense at all!

The school can’t support this. Our community can’t afford this. Our property values will go down.

I have many concerns with this project: Safety for people who live in our neighborhood Safety for the children in the proposed development Frank road being turned into a collector street Safety of persons living on frank road Development not adhering to the cities master plan that shows low density development for the area Over crowding of the local schools

There are enough people in Loveland that we do not need to continue to grow and destroy our land. Prices are steadily increasing which makes life here very difficult for young families trying to start out, let's focus on that before we build another over priced complex.

We the people do not want this apartment complex on Boyd Lake Avenue. Leave it as an open space.

Please don’t build an apt complex. That’s stupid. Build a park or something that people can appreciate.

There is no logical reason to put this high density project at this location other than developer greed. Huge improvements would have to be done to Boyd Lake Ave (new bridge, redesign of US34 intersection, additional lanes) . Lack of amenities to support existing population in the area without adding potentially 1000 new residents . Overcrowded school. Just a horrible idea from a developer gone crazy. It would be absolutely insane if they plan to do any thing remotely similar on their remaining acreage

Please do not add more congestion and problems to an already problematic area! High traffic will only get worse, the view that the kids have from the school will be ruined, just too many reasons to say no.

We don’t need more building in this area. It is entirely too crowded as it is. I’ve been here 14 years and the amount of growth has stabilized, just stop.

We have enough building and construction going on. It would be nice to keep some open land in town and not make it look like a big city.

Because enough is enough! We already have enough apartments that people can't afford. This is also a place where I have seen eagles and hawks you would be ruining this area for them
