Stop proposed apartment complex on Boyd Lake Avenue

No high density housing South of Frank Road. Traffic on County Rd. 9 is dangerous now and at rush hour backs up to the school. I won't let my kids walk or ride a bike anywhere near the county road. Oh and crime has gone up since mcwhinny started his development why would anyone want a transient population next to them.?

It's bad enough they're putting up additional low income housing across from our townhouses. It happened because only TWO of the owners showed up to voice disapproval. Not getting involved is the worse thing you can do for our property values! Don't let the city get away with it!

This is a terrible idea.

High density apartments are not consistent with the current zoning of the area. The purpose of zoning is to ensure consistency of the areas and protect it from being inconsistent. I would understand if single family homes are considered.

Pls don't develop this area. There are other areas that would be more fitting for high density housing.

No to access road on Frank; No to high density -368 units. No to throwing this incongruent plan into planned neighborhoods. It doesn’ fit in any way.

No apartment complexes south of Frank Road. Keep the land as pastoral as possible and keep the traffic within appropriate numbers. Numerous apartments in tht location burdern our streets, the local school, our public safety departments, and the shores of Boyd Lake Sate Park.

Eli and Jenay Hopkins have very comprehensively addressed the concerns. I fully support the comments they have made. Adding this project to Boyd Lake Road will cause much added traffic and overall safety concerns. I am against this annexation of land and re-zoning.

NO, NO, NO! High Plains School is <2 years old and already at max capacity. This area cannot handle apartment buildings. A PARK would be amazing....there is no public park on our end of town currently.

Eli & Jenay have very carefully & clearly articulated the concerns regarding adding another building project to this part of Loveland-there is nothing more I could add. This would truly be a serious detrement to this community as a whole. I sincerely hope that our City Council will diligently and carefully scrutinize this proposal. Leave the area alone!

Building an apartment complex on this land is totally incongruous with this area. Don't ruin a gem of a neighborhood for greed. Traffic and safety concerns are abundant.

This proposal is absurd...Eli and Jenay's letter absolutely represents my feelings regarding this issue. Please don't allow more housing in this area...NOTHING good will come from it.

This area is over-saturated enough!

Traffic is horrible on Boyd Lake Avenue north of 34, and the bottleneck over the irrigation ditch wasn't even addressed with last year's construction! Based on infrastructure alone, not to mention the many other issues outlined in this petition, this location is not appropriate for additional high density housing.

Please, NO high-density construction on that small parcel of land.

Too many reasons why this is a BAD IDEA! Do NOT allow this to be developed!

I am happy to sign this because I do NOT want to see Apartment buildings go up. I would rather see that area turned into a Nature Preserve.
