Zoned for SFR. NO other structure along the eastside or westside of Boyd Lake are 3 stories tall. All of the houses on Boyd Lake were required via covenance to be ranches so as to NOT block the lake views and mountainous views.

Loveland needs smart growth! Building on every square foot of undeveloped land is NOT smart!

The proposed plan to add high density housing so close to one of Loveland’s treasured assets, Boyd lake, is i180 degrees from prior long terms plans and exacerbates prior problems of traffic, schools and infrastructure.

No to 3 story apartments in that location. Use it as it is zoned for, single family, 2-3 houses per acre

For school capacity, the city of Windsor is also looking into approving Brands, which is east of I25 between CR5 and Highland Meadows Parkway (East of CR5). They are looking to build xxx apartments which would feed into High Plains School. In addition, apartments are part of the comprehensive plan of the Brands on the west side of CR5 in the city of Loveland by The Ranch. I would encourage all who are concerned with school and traffic issues, to come to Windsor city board meeting at 7 PM on Dec 11, 2017. Windsor city meeting is held in the Windsor town hall. The address is 301 Walnut St., Windsor, CO. Concerned about high number of units; road capacity; existing property values being impacted

Worried about kids safety at the school. Traffic is already overwhelming on Boyd Lake Road. Ruining the established community that has been created here at the Lakes, and has potiential to bring our property values down.

I've been a Realtor for 42 years lived here for the last 23 years. Boyd lake blvd is not made to handle this much traffic, and there are no other routes to diminish the problems.

This is a major safety issue for the children first and foremost. If traffic gets any worse on this end of town, people ate going to stay moving AWAY instead of into it! Also, the completion of a gigantic apartment complex if nearly finished on the south end of town already, there is absolutely no need for an entire additional apartment complex!

please do not allow multifamily units south of Frank Ave. and West of county road 9. Congestion and the impact it would have on the current neighborhoods is overwhelming.

Traffic is already bad enough as it is. Adding in this additional housing is only going to make things so much worse
