The volume of support has secured a meeting with a regional representative for next week to discuss the product reliability issues. I am currently drafting a formal letter detailing the pattern of hardware failures to present during that discussion.

fool me once. not buying another thing with the jbj label on it ever.
My tank fried because of their garbage equipment. Never spending a dime on them again. Total waste of money.
The customer service is nonexistent. They just ignore you after the product fails and ruins your whole setup. Done with them.
STAY AWAY. unreliable and dangerous. mine actually started smoking one night. luckily i was home.
spent way too much money just for it to break in two months. pathetic quality control

My reef took over a year to establish and they destroyed it. Heartbroken and angry.
