There is a strong argument that we must protect unpopular speech in order to protect the First Amendment rights of all American citizens and prevent censorship by the government; however, the First Amendment is not without limitations.  For example, one cannot yell "fire" in a crowded theater if there is none. The failure of GOOGLE to take down the recent anti-mulim video seems to lack any commonsense by GOOGLE executives.   It's decision will likely cause harm and death to many innocent people.  Is GOOGLE really the arbitrator of First Amendment protections, or is it motivated by its own commercial advertising interests, or its legal interests to protect itself under Digital Millennium Copyright Act and other laws providing immunity to service providers? This is a time for GOOGLE to the right thing, whether or not is it the legally correct or not.  On Friday, September 21, 2012 12:01 am through September 24, 2012 12:01 am, let's boycott any use of GOOGLE and use alternative search engines! Who is with me?
