Absolutely ridiculous that ANY paying customer should have to be treated this way. He has patients for god sakes he had to treat the next day!!! United Airlines employees should have driven to their destination which was an estimated 4 hours away. NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO BE FORCIBLY taken out of there seats once seated. This issue should have been resolved before anyone entered the plan. In addition...why the hell are the airlines always overbooking!!! BOYCOTT!!

I have "reaccommadated" my employees to a safe, competant airline. Thanks United, saved $$ in the process and my employees won't get the crap kicked out of them.

don't fly with any united airlines plane anymore! they must be stopped. there are like 100 of complains I have heard with them, and this won't be the last. imagine if the same situation will happen to us. it's disgrace, arrogant, unethical and unprofessional practice from their employees. imagine buying a ticket to board in this ill-mannered kind of flight personnel.
