Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick in Texas has drafted a bill that would require citizens to use the bathroom of the sex ascribed to individuals at birth, rather than the gender they identify as. As you're probably no doubt aware, the Anti-Trans bathroom law in North Carolina has proved quite negatively for the state. Not only for transgender Americans, but for the businesses in the state. Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick went on record saying "....we know we're on the right side of the issue and we're on the right side of history." Unacceptable.
Stupid, ignorant, intolerant, not to mention costly bill.
