- This petition is to pledge against spending money with major retailers including Walmart, Meijer, Kroger, Kmart, Macy's, Barney's, Sacks Fifth Ave, Honey Baked Ham and all non-black owned and operated business establishments until harassment by the police towards blacks in America comes to an end and legislation is passed to bring life imprisonment or death as a penalty for officers who are found guilty by a jury of those who proportionately represent the precinct in which the officers patrol and commit the offense.
