Totally not acceptable. Taking advantage of the situation. HBL cannot be a substitute for classroom lessons. As a temporary solution to keep learning going is ok but not a substitute. We paid for classroom lessons, not HBL. The correct thing to do is to have replacement lessons when authorities allow.

The HBL video clip always stop at 25:58 and showing error message "video couldn't be decoded". 3 times already. Sign out, sign in and restart again. Came back still stop at 25:58. This is just the first affected lesson. How to continue HBL efficiently with such video quality? Totally waste of time! Called the office several time no pick up too!

The centre should provide an option on whether HBL with 30% rebates, or suspension until normal class resumed.

The online is just like the test book. That why I when we plan the day of lesson to take , we avoid the days that need e learning.

Berries is known for its lively class room training, it is not ideal to replace the class with e-learning for 5 weeks

Term and condition only stated when there's a public holiday, online classes will be deployed. Fully milking us due to the covid19 situation.

Did not have anyone in the centre to answer our questions. Been trying to call for the past few days. Parents not good at chinese, how to guide the kid with e learning.

Should provide refund or replacement class. Online video is not the option that we want to pay for and cannot replace the original content.

The home based learning is totally not fair to parents. They should give us refund, even not full refund, at least half for each lesson that is not taught in person.

Other enrichment classes of my son:
- Arrange replacement for some lessons, refund remaining lessons
- Or Credit full amount to next months
- Or "Live" class with real teacher and interactions with children a 50% course fee. But not 20' slide to replace 1 hour 45' F2F class at full cost fee.
Berries is taking advance from the situation. Unfair. Withdrawing my son from next term.
