It’s inappropriate to do so

berries should suspend the classes and not charge parents. e learning should be offered only to those who want to take it up.

$50 can barely cover two lessons. We have already paid up for the entire year's worth of lessons and will only get to use the vouchers next year, if at all. I am uncomfortable with the home-based learning alternative as there is no way that is an adequate substitute of the dedicated teaching in person.

If berries is still collecting full fees, pls consider deferment instead. Paying full fees but getting these simple and short duration e-lessons is short-changing the parents. Quality of e-learning (with no live lessons) is so much less effective than their live classroom teaching, in my personal opinion.

They should refund the fees. Bear in mind they stopped lessons for 2 weeks earlier in March and cut short June holidays.

Very rude response when i try to call in. $50 voucher is an insult. Voucher value should he total of 3 lessons.

Will want a deferment of classes. HBL for N1 will be bad for eyesight.

Very disappointed with Berries management in handling this. If home based learning works, why do parents spent so much to send them to berries classes? I would just search for Chinese learning material on YouTube channel for home based learning which is free and spent so much on Berries.

Counter staff are very rude as compared to staff and teachers 6 years back.

They’re the biggest winner with government subsidies on salary etc, but our pocket is bleeding! Alr paid for my 2 kids in full until end of the year, what can we do if they still charge us in full?

The voucher rebate is pathetic . Should give option to 1/ refund for missed classes 2/ make up in Jun holiday (although my child will hate me) 3/ HBL at reduced rate.

We prepaid 1y of fees for 3 children. HBL doesn't work for young kids. Please do the right thing and return fees. We understand you run a business but there needs to be a balance between your customer and your own interests as well as your employees.

I tried to teach 3 kids (2 N2 and 1 N1) at home today and results: angry and frustrated and kids didn’t learn anything. If I can teach 3 young kids myself, why would I need to spend so much money to sign up for Berries? Appreciate if Berries management can reconsider giving back the credits that can be used to offset next semester fees.

Unlike other centers whereby parents can choose to opt out of e learning, berries refuse to budge. I am not even demanding a refund, just bring forward to next term. I hope our collective voices count.

Not effective if doing e-learning without teacher live on-line.

I have 3 kids at Jurong outlet and I do not agree that why am I paying and I have to teach my 3 kids for 3 lessons? If I know how to teach, why must I sign up my kids to berries in the first place? I demand a full refund else a replacement class after

Unfair practice. Im bringing this to case. Substitute online learning must be of equal length as onsite lesson. This is unacceptable. No refund option too.
